We are a pioneering organization helping people breathe and dedicated to ending gaps in the prevention, diagnosis, and care of lung disease. Since 2020, we have been working to ensure lung health is a priority for all, from promoting lung health and early diagnosis, advocating for policy change, raising awareness about the symptoms and prevalence of lung disease and championing equitable access to treatment and care By 2030, We will be recognised as the most effective and innovative lung healthcare organization in India and worldwide making lung care affordable and accessible. Market need: India has 16% of the worlds population but bear 32% of global respiratory disease burden. Respiratory disease burden in India is second only to that of ischaemic heart disease Approximately 300 millions people in India suffer from Various lung diseases like COPD (Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease) , Asthma, Tuberculosis, Lung cancer, Pneumonia etc. 4 crores people in India have recovered from Covid19 and up to 80% of them may suffer some kind of post covid lung complications. In 2016 COPD alone killed more then Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Breast Cancer combined (2016, India) PAIN POINTS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM LUNG DISEASE a) Lack of access to quality lung care The number of Pulmonologists in India is 3000 while the Indian Population is 1.4 billion. The Pulmonologist Population ratio is Shockingly low and as such a huge population in India is currently underserved and deprived of quality lung care. b) Lack of spirometry in most Indian hospitals The diagnosis of COPD and other lung diseases require a test called spirometry which is not commonly available in India’s clinics, hospitals or public health facilities. Without spirometry, and using only history and clinical symptoms to diagnose the disease, almost 60% of patients escape detection, including 44% with severe disease c) Lack of awareness of lung diseases & treatment options - Lung patients remain underdiagnosed, undertreated & often turn up in hospital emergency creating a economic burden not only to the patient but also on the entire healthcare system Market size of lung health in India is 6.6 Billion USD Key Drivers - Covid 19 - Increase in lifestyle diseases in India - Ageing Population - Smoking - Pollution

Product/Service description: Respirit provide multidisciplinary, individualized, state-of-the art lung care to patient through our omni channel platform. Our Physical Clinics (Breathe Clinic) provide the complete range of healthcare services that a lung patients need like comprehensive assessment by pulmonologist , Pulmonary Rehab, Lung functions tests etc. To deliver these services Respirit designs, builds, and operates low-cost, asset light lung centers throughout the North East that provide high quality and affordable lung care services. Respirits digital respiratory care platform track the disease journey of our patients, offer medication reminder & adherence, disease education & guidance. Respirit care advisors, the backbone of our system, make sure that our technology and care services fit seamlessly into their routine and allow patient and our doctors to make care decisions based on real-time data and insights Respirit Healthcare in collaboration with IIT, Guwahati is developing India’s first home based spirometer using Ultrasonic & Nanotechnology . This low cost blue tooth enabled, Portable device will integrate with our mobile app & can measure lung dynamics to diagnose pulmonary disease remotely. Our healthcare professionals can remotely monitor the patients can can offer advise in real time. Once fully developed, the device can be a gamechanger in respiratory care in India .

Current traction: During the last one year of its existence Respirit Healthcare has cared more than 4000 lung patients , conducted 15 lung health awareness camp benefiting more than 1200 people in BOP Population and reached 10 lakhs people through social media campaigns. In the process . we have earned more than 60 lakhs rupees in the FY 21-22, with a 20% increase in month to month revenue .while achieving 90% customer satisfaction
