B2C: Expansion of Greenwear retail stores outlets in other cities in addition to Lucknow and leveraging on environment and health consicous customers. Launch of e-commerce retail stores and mobile applicationfor bespoce tiloring. B2G: Partnership with Government Instituions for School uniform, police uniform, railway and hospital linen.

Product/Service description: Greenwear products are made using renewable energy resources. Since the quality of fabrics is modified version of that of Khadi fabrics, Greenwear is launching new segments where the breathability and softness of fabric is needed such as Maternity-wear, Kidswear, Innerwear and hospital-linens. Its Denim range is also under exploration where top and bottom wear collections of cotton-denim will be launched. Apart from physical retail store, Greenwear’s e-commerce website is also under construction. This website will follow the concept of bespoke tailoring and mass customization. The website will have inclusive engagements of textile designers, fashion designers, accessory designers, fashion stylists and trim designers and customer can choose from wide variety of styles at every level and style their own garment. The fashion market is in dire need to move towards sustainability and environment friendly practices which is vastly addressed by Greenwear.

Revenue Model: Projected YoY growth for FY’19-20 45% on MRP Revenue from fabric sale (B2B) is expected to reach 5 Cr INR. Revenue from Value added fabrics for custom tailoring to reach at 2 Cr. Revenue from uniforms to reach at 3 Cr. Presence at 5 new locations with partner retail stores.

Current traction: In past recent years domestic and international fashion brands have seen exponential growth in environment friendly brands.
